Refund policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to our warehouse at TN21 8QZ.

Your initial delivery charge will not be refunded. If your item was initially delivered free of charge, there will be a £10 restocking fee for your return.

Your item must be received by our warehouse in the same condition that it was delivered to you, so please ensure it is repackaged appropriately. We cannot refund goods that have been damaged in return transit.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you the full address for the returns warehouse so that you can arrange return transport. If required, we can also offer a quote for return shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
